Located in the historic Commerce Building, downtown Everett, Washington, our beautiful small-event venue is the perfect choice. With its comfortable and inviting atmosphere, our cozy space is ideal for hosting events of up to 30 people.
Over the years we have hosted small weddings, receptions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, classes and more.
We are just five minutes from Interstate 5, and one block from the Angel of the Winds Arena! Space rental includes tables and chairs (if you desire).
Full day rental $600.00 tax included.
If serving alcohol at your event you must obtain the appropriate license at https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/special-licenses-and-permits . A Banquet Permit is $10.00 per day, and covers most events that would be held at our venue. Washington State Liquor laws must be adhered to at all times. Renter assumes all risks and liability involved in serving alcohol.
