Travel For Practices

We are happy to come to you for practices. However, this is a premium service so we felt it is important that we break down our costs for you.

The current mileage charge for 2021 is $0.56/mile. This is calculated from our studio located at 2829 Rockefeller Avenue, Everett, WA 98201 to your practice location, and the return trip is added as well. We have a lot of clients in the Tacoma, WA area - that is an average of 62 miles each way, totaling approximately 124 miles at $0.56/mile which is an added $69.44 per practice. (Diamond Package add $694.40, Ruby Package add $555.52)

In addition to the mileage costs, our staff spends an average of 2 to 2.5 hours commuting to & from your location (we don't like to be late, so we leave early to plan for traffic incidents).  Over 10 practices (our most popular package) this adds 20 to 25 hours of our Choreographers time, as well as their assistant's time. (Assistant's are used at the sole discretion of the Choreographer.) We bill a specific rate for travel time, at $20/hour. ($400.00-500.00 per employee per package)

Lastly, when our Choreographer is traveling to you for practices, they are no longer available for a second evening practice - which costs our company $1.250.00 to $1,750.00 depending on which package we could have booked for that time frame.

Taking all of this into consideration we still offer heavily discounted travel packages starting at $750.00. We also offer discounts when you book event planning, decor and event staffing packages with us.
